Conditions

Payment of the invoice can only be made in cash, by crossed check or by bank transfer. It is not possible to pay by credit card or debit card.
The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit (100 euros per apartment and week) and the sending of the booking confirmation.

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
Cancellation of your booking is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The booking deposit will be credited.

If we are no longer able to rent the apartment after a later cancellation, we have to charge the following percentages as compensation:

if the cancellation takes place between 30 and 16 days before arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
if the cancellation takes place between 15 and 9 days before arrival: 60% of the agreed total price
if the cancellation takes place between 0 and 8 days before arrival: 80% of the agreed total price

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance in addition to booking . This allows the cancellation fees to be covered and you do not have any inconvenience if you are unable to go on holiday.

If you arrive days later or depart days earlier, these will be charged.

The apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 a.m.

Pets are not allowed.
